A case of Recurrent Acute Dissminated Encephalomyelitis

Abstract
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis is acute central nervous system inflammatory demyelinating disease, severely damaging white matter and leading to marked neurologic dysfunction, may be fatal, produce permanent residual static disability, or
be
fully
reversible, It is now believed that the experimental and the naturally occurring disease are the result of an autoimmune process. There has been a tendency to assume that only a single attack occurs, but recurrent episodes are encountered on rare
occasions.
